There's something truly special about gathering around a table with a Brooklands ham as your centrepiece. Our sensationally delicious and ethical Christmas hams are back, crafted from our rare breed Berkshire pigs who spend their days rooting through mineral-rich volcanic soils and feasting on whey from Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese.

What makes our hams so special?

Every ham tells the story of regenerative farming done right. Our Berkshire pigs are born and raised outdoors on chemical-free pastures, living exactly as nature intended. The result? Exceptional flavour, superior texture, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your Christmas feast supports farming that heals the land rather than depletes it.

Farmstead Hams (No Chemical or Natural Nitrates)

Our nitrate-free ham is Red Gum smoked that doesn’t impart any colour so these hams are very much Farmstead Hams – pale in colour (think light roast beef colour with touch of pink) and with a much more delicate Smokey flavour than traditional hams. These are exceptional hams that really bring out the flavour of the pork and are much less salty than what traditional hams can be. These are also gluten free and free from any nitrates and chemical preservatives.

Traditional Hams

These hams are prepared in the traditional manner, gluten-free and deeply smoked over native Red Gum. They are the traditional pink colour and have that slightly salty & stronger flavour.
