Boneless Christmas Berkshire Ham

Boneless Christmas Berkshire Ham
Regeneratively Farmed, Pastured Whey Fed Berkshire Pork.
Very limited numbers.
Popular from the last two years, once again we will be offering boneless hams that are around 2kg. Perfect for smaller gatherings or as a thoughtful gift, these offer the incredible flavour of our heritage Berkshire Christmas Hams and very easy to carve.
These smaller boneless hams are also offered in two styles:
Farmstead Hams (No Chemical or Natural Nitrates)
Our nitrate-free ham is Red Gum smoked that doesn’t impart any colour so these hams are very much Farmstead Hams – pale in colour (think light roast beef colour with touch of pink) and with a much more delicate Smokey flavour than traditional hams. These are exceptional hams that really bring out the flavour of the pork and are much less salty than what traditional hams can be. These are also gluten free and free from any nitrates and chemical preservatives.
Traditional Hams
These hams are prepared in the traditional manner, smoked with native Red Gum and are gluten free. They are the traditional pink colour, have a stronger flavour and that slightly salty taste
