All the flavour of our Berkshire Christmas full leg ham in a smaller, easy-to-carve size. Our boneless hams will range from 1.8kg-2.5kg making them the perfect size for smaller Christmas gatherings, or even a beautiful gift for that food lover in your life.

You will pay a $50 deposit today and the balance is payable when you collect your ham.

What ham to choose?
All of our hams are all smoked over local Red Gum and we offer two cures - both very beautiful but offer a different tasting experience.
Nitrate-Free Farmstead Hams
A beautifully natural ham made without any chemicals or natural nitrates. These hams are therefore much paler in colour (think light roast beef colour with a touch of pink), less salty with a more delicate flavour that allows the flavour of the pork and the gentle Red Gum smoke to shine through. Gluten-free and free from any nitrates and chemical preservatives. These hams are truly exceptional and very popular with those who find traditional ham too strong in flavour. They do have a shorter shelf life after they are opened because they don’t contain preservatives, but you can chop up and freeze leftovers for cooking at a later date.
Whilst this isn’t one of our Brooklands hams - it is a nitrate-free ham and shows how the colour is much paler to traditional smoked hams. We always end up being too busy eating them on Christmas Day and always forget to take a photo!
Traditional Hams
Our classic Christmas ham. Traditionally cured and smoked over local Red Gum, they are beautifully pink, a little saltier and have those rich flavours which marry perfectly with sticky glazes. These hams are generous in size (most are around 5kg) offering enough for a large festive feast with leftovers for delicious sandwiches in the days ahead, or chop up and freeze to cook later or make incredible pea and ham soup during Winter.
A little note regarding our sizes
This year, our full leg hams will range in size from 4kg-6kg with the majority of hams will be around 5kg. To order, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit and you will be asked to indicate the size you would prefer. Bear in mind, our pigs are incredibly special because they are ‘slow-grown’. Being 100% outdoors (with huts for shelter), their size will depend on the weather conditions along with other factors (like us - some are more piggy with their food!). So whilst we will endeavour to match your size request - your ham might be a kilo or so on either side of your preferred size.
